1. Participate in a new supplier induction audits, including Quality system audits (QSA) and quality process audits (QPA);
參與新供應商導入審核,包括系統(tǒng)審核與過程能力評審;
2. Cooperate with sourcing for supply channel optimizations;
配合采購實施供應渠道優(yōu)化;
3. Participate in regular supplier audits and performance evaluation;
參與供應商的定期審核與績效評估;
4. Monitor and control the material quality from supplier, track the implementation status of improvement measures in supplier side;
對供應商來料品質(zhì)進行監(jiān)督和控制,跟蹤供應商端改善措施的執(zhí)行狀況;
5. Review and publish the achievement status of material quality objectives periodically, and review the improvement measures;
定期評審并發(fā)布材料質(zhì)量目標達成狀況,并檢討改善措施;
6. Manage and seek continuous improvements to supplier quality system;
管理并尋求供應商質(zhì)量體系的持續(xù)改善;
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical engineering;
本科及以上學歷,機電類相關專業(yè);
2. 3 years’ or above experience in related fields, and factory supplier management experience is preferred;
3年以上相關領域工作經(jīng)驗,有工廠供應商管理工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先;
3. Familiar with the procurement and supplier management process, familiar with ISO and other quality system procedures and documentations;
熟悉采購及供應商管理流程,熟悉ISO等質(zhì)量體系程序及文件;
